Patimban Port Development Project (Phase I, Package 1)

Client : Penta Ocean Construction Co., Ltd.

Project Owner : Directorate General of Sea Transportation.

Scope of Work :

  • Chartering HARITA 88, Tugboats, Hopper Barges, Crane Barges, Excavator Barge, and Multi-cat for Penta Ocean Construction Co., Ltd.
  • HARITA 88 handled dredging and soil supply for Cement Pipe Mixing (CPM) reclamation (2.8 million m³, 64 ha) and dredging at car berth, container berth, and access channel (800,000 m³, depth -10 mCD, slope 1:5).

PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia’s Port Channel Dredging & Land Reclamation (Phase I & II)

Client : PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.

Project Owner : DPT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia..

Scope of Work :

  • Port channel dredging (650,000 m³) with designed dimensions: Width 150 m, Length 3.5 km, and Depth -13.0 mLWS (slope: 1:5).
  • Materials: silt, sand, gravel, and hard clay.
  • Land reclamation using dredged material.

PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia’s Port Channel Rock Removal & Dredging

Client : PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.

Project Owner : PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.

Scope of Work :

  • Rock breaking with 55-ton chisel hammer and removal using a 115-ton heavy bucket (total volume: 23,500 m³).
  • Channel dimensions: width 150 m, length 240 m, and depth -13.0 mLWS (slope: 1:5).
  • Land reclamation using dredged material.

Project Owner : Kertih Port Sdn Bhd

Scope of Work :

  • Charter of Grab Dredger Harita 88, hopper barge, tug/pusher boat, and Multi-cat for dredging basin area.
  • Dredging to designed depths of -10 mCD and -5 mCD with 1:5 slopes.
  • Total dredged volume: 500,000 m³.
  • Offshore disposal of dredged materials.

  • Offshore disposal of 4,000,000 m³ of dredged materials.

Scope of Work :

  • Dredging in the port basin to designed depths of -12 mCD with 1:2 slopes.
  • Total dredged volume: 1,292,000 m³.
  • Disposal of dredged materials to the designated dumping area.
